Credited for having over 20 years of experience in the media industry, Sophie Goodale began her career in television production working as a TV plugger liaising with production companies, casting talent for documentaries and reality TV. It wasn’t long before Sophie was headhunted by a well known Public Relations company where she worked as a Publicist to many high profile individuals in the entertainment industry.

Sophie’s versatility and ability to transfer her skills are some of her greatest strengths. Her flexibility and chameleon-like quality have allowed her to make the effortless transitions into high profile management, publicity, tv producing / production and brand strategy. Her passion for crisis management and damage limitation (alongside being well known for her no nonsense attitude) has placed her the go-to person for both business and entertainment individuals.

Sophie’s success has also given her an enviable reputation as a trustworthy, honest and capable professional and her portfolio is as diverse as it is impressive in both the UK and USA. Her network of clients has included Musicians, Models, TV presenters, Actors, Directors and International Sportsmen.

During her career, Sophie has frequently been entrusted to advise global brands with celebrity attachments and contract negotiation as well as confirming numerous talent to attend large events such as Red Magazines Red Hot Women Awards, Disney on Ice and the Tiffany & Co “Skate” at Somerset House to name a few.

While based in the UK, she regularly managed high profile American talent during their visits to the UK organising paid broadcast and print interviews as well as events and photographic shoots. To add, Sophie was also Lindsay Lohan’s UK publicist for over 10 years.

In 2014, Sophie moved to Los Angeles where she returned to her production background working as a TV producer at one of the highest-rated daytime talk shows in America.

Since returning to the UK in 2017, Sophie continues to work with her clients and offers her exceptional knowledge in the form of consultancy to both individuals and businesses. When the opportunity allows, Sophie invests some of her personal time into her love of writing & storytelling.
